Current financial statements are extremely important and play a vital role in running an organisation however they are incomplete and therefore misleading to managers, shareholders, suppliers, employee, other stake holders and society.
Price is a short-term measure of performance. Price together with value is a complete measure of short-term performance and a predicator of future performance.
